• We design technology for smart lockers and manufacture them here in Quebec.These lockers are then installed at in our customers’ spaces and connected to the internet to become accessible and managed via our online platform
• Our clients: events, property owners, retailers and more

Responsibilities

• Ensure the complete management of projects (temporary or permanent) under the supervision of the Director of operations using Lockego technology
• Develop and monitor timelines
• Ensure the execution of the customer contract
• Ensure approval of deliverables from the client
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of costs, logistics and project content (rigorous budget implementation and monitoring)
• Coordinate travel and the team’s work
• Identify the problems and their solutions taking into account the technical and commercial aspects, as well as the client’s constraints
• Develop and follow the daily schedules for each project
• Report the progress of the work compared to the initial plan and delivery requirements
• Maintain excellent communication and a healthy climate in the project team
• Perform any other related task as requested by the Director of Operations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency with GSuite
• Knowledge of project management software an asset
• Perfect bilingualism (English and French)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability (growing business)
