The Ecole nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) is North America’s only French-language university specializing in public administration. Through its vast experience, it has acquired an extensive knowledge and keen awareness of the workings of government departments and agencies, municipalities, health and social services networks, educational systems, and foreign public services. ENAP is a branch of the Université du Québec network with its head office in Québec City and campuses in Montréal, Gatineau, Saguenay and Trois-Rivières.
ENAP exclusively offers post-graduate public administration study programs in different fields of study, including international administration and management, human-resource and organizational development, health and social services management, program evaluation, etc. Its short- and long-term programs offer you the possibility of a step-by-step approach, allowing you to study at your own rhythm. You have the choice of full- and part-time, day, evening, weekend and online courses.
