The Ecole nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) is North America’s only French-language university specializing in public administration. Through its vast experience, it has acquired an extensive knowledge and keen awareness of the workings of government departments and agencies, municipalities, health and social services networks, educational systems, and foreign public services. ENAP is a branch of the Université du Québec network with its head office in Québec City and campuses in Montréal, Gatineau, Saguenay and Trois-Rivières.
