Role Description
As part of the design team, you will participate in all phases of production from prototyping to production to live operations. Always considering the player’s perspective, you will help forge the best innovative and unifying experiences Stadia can provide.
Responsibilities
- Help define and refine the project direction and champion it through production
- Design game features accounting for artistic and technical constraints
- Write, present and maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Within a multidisciplinary team, Iterate on specific features and push for quality
Minimum Qualifications (MQs)
- Solid Game design fundamentals (Gameplay, Game systems, Level design, Game structure, Economy, Multiplayer, UX…)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Creative thinking, Ideation process and Motivation theory
- Strong understanding of the “Game as a service” model
- Passionate and quality driven
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Broad gaming culture (Console/PC games, Mobile games, Board games…)
- Creative, collaborative and problem-solving mindset
- Fast learner & ability to adapt to change
- Self-motivated person with a positive attitude
