Volunteer with La Lutinerie

La Lutinerie, a non-profit organization (NPO) established in 2014, is behind Montréal’s Christmas Village (“Village de Noël de Montréal”). The event, held every year just outside the iconic Atwater Market in the heart of the city’s Sud-Ouest borough, has been a Montréal staple since 2017.

Backed by a team of young people, including immigrants, the organization is committed to working toward a sustainable society by integrating and balancing the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustainability.

Volunteers are needed at each of the following four stages:

  1. Preproduction: Designing the sets
  2. Set-up: Organizing the events, decorating the sites, etc.
  3. Production: Running the events, welcoming visitors, staffing food stalls, etc.
  4. Dismantling: Wrapping up, taking down the sets, etc.

You can volunteer to help at any stage. To do so, simply follow the link below to sign up. Be sure to mention that you are an international student.
