The Botanical Garden is located in the heart of Montréal, near the Olympic Park. The garden is one of the largest in the world and features many different activities, shows and exhibits throughout the year, for young and old alike to enjoy.

It has ten greenhouses, three cultural gardens, a tree pavilion, and more than fifteen themed gardens spread out over 75 hectares. You can spend a whole day following the trails and making your way throughout the entire park.

The Botanical Garden is ideal for a picnic on its vast green spaces, or on the benches, and you can listen to the chirps and sounds made by the little creatures by the ponds. There are frogs, turtles, birds and squirrels living in harmony, and if you really pay attention, you will notice them throughout the day!

You can go from the rose garden to the vegetable garden—full of diversity and discoveries—a Zen Garden or even a chunk of French mountainside. Everything is set for a day of learning, smells and eye candy. Relax by discovering or rediscovering natural species from all over the world.
