Description

Booxi is a smart appointment booking solution that automates daily activities, increases revenues, saves costs and increases customer retention. We work both with small business owners and international SaaS partners such as Lightspeed and Square.

Our team is currently looking for Customer Success Superstars to work in our offices located in the Mile-End (Montreal).

As a CSS, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new users, providing support to existing customers and help maintaining/improving our support tools. You will also identify new sales opportunities (inbound) and provide essential feedback to our product team.

Requirements

You Have:

  • People skills: you are really good at talking but at listening even more;
  • Organization skills: multitasking is no biggie and you love detail;
  • A sense of ownership: no task is below you, you’re resourceful and you get things done;
  • An eye for business: you identify growth opportunities, give feedback. You hustle like the rest of the team.
