École des entrepreneurs du Québec – This organization provides consulting services, coaching and training to young entrepreneurs. It also organizes numerous information sessions, workshops and conferences, many of which are available free of charge, to help you start your business.
PME MTL – This organization provides support, training and financing for new entrepreneurs. It most notably administers financing for businesses, including CréAvenir for entrepreneurs under the age of 35.
Jeune chambre de commerce de Montréal – This organization will put you in touch with other young entrepreneurs who share your concerns and your ambitions.
Info Entrepreneurs – Supported by the expertise of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal, the Create your business section offers a host of basic tips to assess the potential of your business idea and guide you to the right solutions.

Venture Capital, Incubators and Accelerators
Are you convinced that you are in possession of technology that could change the world? In Greater Montréal, you can find the financing you need. For example, Réseau Capital can identify a large number of venture capital resources for you.
It’s also good to know that Montréal universities actively support local start-ups through a network of business incubators and accelerators, including Centech (ÉTS), District 3 (Concordia University) and the J.-Armand-Bombardier Incubator (Polytechnique Montréal et Université de Montréal). Other vibrant incubators like Notman House, also support startups.
With between 1,800 to 2,600 startups, a financial impact of $700M million in direct and indirect production and venture capital investment of $360 million over the past five years, the metropolis has a thriving start-up community that is especially vigorous.
