Position Profile

The Account Solution Analyst (ASA) provides strategic pre/post sales market/branch/local activities designed to enhance the Managed Print Services (MPS) based revenue. The ASA is the local subject matter expert relative to the MPS strategy of Konica Minolta Business Solutions – Direct division. The ASA supports and partners with branch Sales and Service teams in the pre-sales process to sell and support Konica Minolta’s suite of print and MPS offerings. The ASA is required to have a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and technology requirements, through data analysis and vertical expertise, design a compelling business solution meeting the customer managed print program needs, while delivering additional optimization strategies. .

Primary duties and responsibilities

– The Account Solution Analyst (ASA) reports directly to the National Manager, MPS for weekly activities, strategic direction, support, focus and training.

– The ASA is also responsible to support the local branches in the market and work directly with the sales team

– Collaborate with the Branch Sales and Service to drive overall revenue targets for MPS

– Perform monthly/quarterly managed account tracking

– Assist with all activities related to the MPS pre-sales process, opportunity development, data acquisition, analysis, recommendations and proposal development

– Provide training to sales teams on MPS sales processes

– Grow market penetration utilizing program tools to identify additional MPS opportunities, optimization, and workflow improvements.

– Assist in identifying hardware, solution, service strategies and opportunities to meet account needs

– Coordinates with Business Solutions Consultants on additional customer solution or hardware opportunities.

– Responsible for coordinating with the MPS team in developing the internal account engagement meeting schedule, cadence, participation and customer facing account reviews

– Drive opportunities and optimization through the account reviews

– Data analysis using Excel, marketing information and customer review templates

– As assigned

Education and Experience:

– 2 years’ experience in related field(s) of: MPS, Business Analysis or other

– Proven track record of working in a regional position preferred

– University degree preferred. Related business and technology certification is a plus

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Bilingual (written/verbal) required

– Must be able to multi-task effectively

– Willingness to travel upon request

– Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology

– Knowledge of industry services and solutions is preferred

– Knowledge of Konica Minolta products, solutions and MPS program is a plus
